Where can I use the gift card?

You can use the gift card at KINTON RAMEN, KINTON RAMEN EXPRESS, Kinka Sushi Bar Izakaya, and jaBistro.
*Kinka Family gift cards will be accepted at NEO COFFEE BAR until December 31, 2024.
Starting January 1, 2025, Kinka Family gift cards will no longer be accepted at NEO COFFEE BAR.

How do I pay with the gift card? 

Simply share your gift card number with your server when settling your bill.

Can I use it for online orders?

Unfortunately, the gift card cannot be used for online orders at this time. 

Do you offer physical gift cards? 

Yes! Please visit one of our restaurants to purchase a physical KINKA FAMILY gift card.  

What happens if I lose my card number? 

Please note that lost card numbers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash, except as required by law. 

Does the gift card expire? 

Not at all! The gift card has no expiration date and can be used at any time. 

How can I check my gift card balance? 

You can check your balance using our online gift card balance checker.

Can I return or refund a gift card? 

We’re sorry, but gift cards are non-refundable.
